Cathy is a skilled facilitator with a wealth of experience in all facets of Human Resources gained from a career in retail. Some of her many positions have included Manager of Corporate Communications, Manager of Training and Development, and Director of Human Resources. Each of these previous positions has prepared her for the conversations regarding Leadership and Diversity that she facilitates today. With eleven years experience with Integrity, Ms. Scrivner has facilitated every course/class in our curriculum and worked with just about all of our clients. Cathy has a Public Affairs degree from Indiana University with an emphasis in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Chip has been an executive and consultant for more than forty years. He specializes in leadership development, culture change, strategic planning, executive coaching and teambuilding. Chip began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in human resources, organizational development and operations.
As a full-time faculty member at Wright State University, in the Communications department, Alex is committed to conscious communication that respects human differences. She is the director of the Business Communication course at Wright State. Alex has been honored twice by being listed in Who’s Who Amongst America’s Teachers. She has particular interests in issues involving adoption/identity, emotional intelligence, and effective listening.
Robin is a management consultant, executive coach, and facilitator/trainer with extensive experience in the corporate, nonprofit and academic arenas. Robin has been consulting, training and coaching in the areas of diversity management and leadership development for the past fifteen years. Robin is particularly adept at engaging resistant groups and individuals in the process of growth and development. Her unique training style and use of hands-on strategies ensure that all the participants are engaged and contribute to their learning. Robin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College and a Masters in Counseling and Psychological Services from Georgia State University
Rhonda fully appreciates the importance of organizations that create equitable work spaces, value all employees, and provide opportunities for employees to maximize their potential. Prior to joining the Integrity team, Rhonda spent twenty years in the construction industry, 16 years as a pipe fitter and another four years as a planner/estimator. Rhonda held these full-time positions all while earning a BA in Communications from the College of Mt. St. Joseph and an Executive M.Ed. Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She will earn her Ph.D. from Miami University in the summer 2008.
Morris has more than 20 years of diversified experience in both the private and public sectors as an executive, consultant and trainer. During the past twelve years, he has helped organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia utilize their human resources more effectively in a dynamic global economy. His areas of expertise include: leadership development, team dynamics, coaching, conflict management, change management, diversity, and interpersonal skills. He really values leading highly interactive training sessions in which participants are engaged. Prior to his work with Integrity, Morris held a number of leadership positions in operations and HR management with a Fortune 500 Corporation. Morris earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Sandy has spent the last 35 years of her working career in and around the educational community. From the front of a high school classroom, to the seat of President for the Board of Education of the largest suburban school district in the state of Ohio, to the professional development halls of corporate America, she has dedicated her career to encouraging others to be life long learners. Wheatley’s skill in engaging people allows her to navigate even the most difficult conversations. Her classroom style creates an atmosphere of trust and openness among participants almost immediately. The most common response to her training sessions is “when can I do this again!”
Wendell has been recognized both locally and nationally as a community leader. For the past seven years, Wendell has worked with Integrity clients across the United States. Wendell has facilitated diversity conversations with employees ranging from team members to presidents, from American to Japanese engineers. In addition to working as a Senior Consultant with Integrity Development, Wendell has served as Executive Director of Genesis, a Cincinnati based non-profit agency, for the past twelve years. Following the April 2001 Cincinnati civil unrest, Wendell worked collaboratively with government officials and community agencies to advance community and police relationships. Wendell helped develop a Cincinnati Police Academy training video, “Parallel Perspectives” focusing on diversity and police traffic stops. Wendell has particular skill in negotiations, conflict management and leadership development.
