Diversity Foundational Basics

Horizon One is defined as Diversity Foundational Basics.  This horizon describes the stage that organizations generally envision when contemplating a diversity strategy.  This horizon will help increase awareness with regard to diversity issues and opportunities.  Within Horizon One, organizations are challenged first to explore various diversity objectives.  After pinpointing the appropriate diversity objectives for an organization, Integrity Development consultants work with the executive team to train them in diversity foundational basics.  Next, the diversity strategy is rolled out to the remaining employees identified through the process of defining the organization’s diversity objectives.  With enthusiastic engagement in Horizon One, organizations are fully primed to take advantage of the deeper business benefits captured in Horizons Two and Three.
