Horizon Two in the diversity process is defined as Measuring & Achieving Business Results.  This Horizon focuses squarely on the delivery of the business case for diversity.  The diagram above outlines the 4 stages of this process.  Those familiar with problem solving methodology will recognize that methodology here.  These four stages require an organization to study its value of diversity in relation to its actual practices.  Thereafter, Integrity works with our client to identify the gaps between the organization’s values and its practices and then develop strategies to close these gaps.
