Judith Ellis, Senior Vice President

In 1991, Ms. Ellis co-founded Integrity Development with her husband Eric Ellis.  Since that time, she has led organizational development work in the areas of Cultural Diversity, Recruiting, Team-Building and Communications for organizations including: Toyota Motors, Procter & Gamble (P&G), East Ohio Gas, Frost, Brown Todd LLC, Children’s Hospital and Dillard’s Department Stores.  She has developed a wide range of management skills through her ten years of corporate experience in Human Resources and Corporate Communications with P&G and through her work as Senior Vice President of Integrity Development Corp.

Ms. Ellis’ past work experience in Human Resources also includes campus recruiting responsibility for the P&G Finance and Accounting organization, recruitment training for newly promoted senior managers, and organizational development counseling.  Her recruiting strategies improved the attraction of minority candidates to careers at P&G, while significantly increasing the job offer acceptance rate for both majority and minority candidates.  She also designed and delivered self-development training for women and minorities at P&G, as well as facilitated diversity training for the Customer Services organization. Ms. Ellis has advanced her communications’ expertise in recent years through providing Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution training to an international community of students from the Congo, Korea, Taiwan, Fiji, Amsterdam and Sweden.  In addition to providing training, she has been a keynote speaker on the subject of such conflict resolution at conferences in China.

Ms. Ellis has a B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with an emphasis in Management and Organizations, where she was an Arthur Metz fellow.  She also has an M.S. in Theology from Life Christian University.  Her extensive community involvement has included service on the Board of Trustees of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, Cancer Family Care, Equipping Ministries International, The Community Foundation of West Chester and the Leadership Cincinnati Steering Committee.
