Our Core Values

Our core values are embodied in our name, Integrity, and we strive every day to live up to these values.  We begin with Client Satisfaction.  We exist for our clients and strive to exceed their expectations.  We are accessible to them and seek to satisfy their needs in a timely manner.  Mutual Respect is another core value.  We believe this enables us to establish and maintain long-term relationships with each of our unique client partners as well as our employees.  Open and Honest Communication in the work environment is, we believe, the first key to highly successful organizations.  We bring healthy communication to our clients and maintain high standards for communication occurring within our own organization. 

Team Work, Collaboration, Synergy are additional values we bring to our clients and pursue within our own firm.  Though Development is in our name, we do not believe this is a static achievement.  It is a lifelong process for us and our client partners.  Our attitude to Development and learning represents a tool that allows us to maintain a keen awareness of both the ever-changing needs of our clients and the various marketplaces in which they operate.  Finally, we believe in Passion and Fun.  Though these might seem incompatible, we are both passionate about the work we do while simultaneously striving to make it interesting, even fun, for our clients and our employees.  Importantly, it should be clear that the values we bring to our clients are values we absolutely strive to nurture within our own organization.  The better and healthier we are organizationally, the better equipped we are to help our clients achieve their highest diversity goals.

Our customers are why we exist, and exceeding their expectations is our main objective. We will be accessible to our clients and we will find a way to accomplish each request in a timely manner. We will maintain a "can do" attitude.
